Reporting
For school leads and admins. teamSOS provides several reports, each presenting information in an organised way for a specific audience and purpose. There are two reports you can run and export, and a statistics dashboard for a quick overview.
Reports
In the web app, go to Admin > Reporting > Reports.
- Guidance Pack Heat Map: A summary of all Guidance and which staff member has completed that guidance, with a percentage total of amount completed.
- Incident Summary: A summary of all incidents, over a specified configurable period. It provides a high-level overview of Incidents, including the date it was raised, who raised it, a summary, the incident type and who responded.
When you run a report, you can:
- Filter by date range and incident type
- Include or exclude open and closed incidents
- Run a report by tag and search term
- Export it as HTML or CSV
Statistics dashboard
In the web app, go to Admin > Reporting > Statistics.
The statistics dashboard gives a quick overview of activity over a period you choose. Pick Today, Yesterday, This Week or Last Week, or set your own dates, then click Reload.
It shows:
- SOS and Incidents: how many were raised, and the percentage responded to
- SOS response and Incident response: the number of responses
- Announcements: how many were sent, how many responses came back, and the percentage of responses made in the app
- Messages and Smart Button events
- Charts of incidents by creator, incidents by type and top responders
Incident and drill records
Every incident is saved automatically as a time-stamped record. On Enterprise, records can also be shared to SIMS, CPOMS or MyConcern.
After a drill, export the drill records to keep as evidence. See Running a controlled drill.
