How do I prompt users to log in?
To prompt users who haven’t logged in:

Go to Admin > Users > Manage Users > Email Invites.

You’ll see a list of users who are still pending login; Any user who has yet to log in will show NEW under Last Logged In.

From here, you can:

Send an invite immediately to prompt login.

Schedule an invite for a specific date and time.

This ensures all team members receive access and appear correctly in the system once they log in.
