How to Enable Notifications on Android

1. Open the Settings app on your Android device.

2. Scroll down and select Apps & notifications (or Apps).

3. Find and tap the teamSOS app.

4. Tap Notifications.

5. Toggle Allow notifications to ON.

6. Customise notification types as needed, such as sound, vibration, or pop-up notifications.

Important: teamSOS supports Critical Alerts, which means notifications can bypass Do Not Disturb (DND) mode. This ensures you receive urgent notifications even when DND is enabled.

Once notifications are enabled in both your device settings and within the app, you’ll start receiving alerts immediately.
