Reporting
There are several reports that teamSOS provide users, which presents information in an organised format for a specific audience and purpose.
- Guidance Pack Heat Map: A summary of all Guidance and which staff member has completed that guidance, with a percentage total of amount completed.
- Incident Summary: A summary of all incidents, over a specified configurable period. It provides a high-level overview of Incidents, including the date it was raised, who raised it, a summary, the incident type and who responded.
