Getting the app on staff devices

teamSOS runs on Windows, iOS and Android. For step-by-step installation on each type of device, share the Installing teamSOS guide (pdf) with your staff.

Windows computers: the app is deployed by your IT team in step 5 of the Onboarding Wizard.

Critical Alerts on iPhone and iPad

Critical Alerts bypass silent mode and Do Not Disturb, so urgent teamSOS alerts always get through, even when a device is on silent. Each user turns them on on their own iOS device, and they apply to both teamSOS Lockdown and teamSOS Enterprise. See the Critical Alerts for iOS guide (pdf).
