What are the 'Additional Settings'?
Additional settings let you customise your teamSOS system to suit your organisation’s specific needs and workflows.
1. SOS Response Team
While setting up an Incident Type, you have the option to redirect the incident to the SOS Response Team if the assigned team does not respond. This setting allows you to simply choose the Response Team that should receive the redirected incident.
2. Announcement Settings.
Configure Announcement settings by assigning sounds to each type (urgent or non-urgent) and setting a delay before email notifications are sent.
3. Timetable Configuration
teamSOS lets you align with your existing timetable setup. This setting allows you to configure your timetable so that teamSOS accurately reflects your schools internal schedule.
